Commissioner Frank DeCarlo was elected to the Board of County Commission in November 2022 with a term to expire in November 2026, and is currently serving his first term.  Commissioner DeCarlo has completed the Florida Association of Counties Certified Commissioner program and is designated as a Certified County Commissioner as of June 2025.
