Commissioner Sumner is serving his first year as a Commissioner. He has a bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Florida and has owned a successful business for over two decades. He was born and raised in Okeechobee and is a graduate of Okeechobee High School and his twins have recently graduated magna cum laude.
